Hey, good to hear from you. I'm actually up in Salt Lake now, so just coming down to ride next weekend. Sorry I'll miss you this week, but stoked to catch up on the weekend. Have fun down there. I definitely recommend checking out the Fiery Furnace in Arches if you haven't been there before. They'll tell you that you can only go with a ranger unless you've been in before, but you can just tell them you've been before and they'll give you a permit. It's $4/person and totally worth it. Just make sure your sense of direction is pretty good and pay attention to the video they make you watch about taking care of the place.
