Oh, but there still will be a maintenance contract which we may retain control of. I don't know yet as we have been approached by bigger finance partners which both make the scale of this and other projects bigger and more exciting but take some of the control away from me and pinky.
No, we are going the indirect route and selling our development in shares to investors. We decided we had too much demand for the houses from investors that we would sell to raise capital to develop more (instant capital gains vs. rental income). As such, we don't need to advertise to book clients, which is also easier. That is also the reason I couldn't give a flying fuck about pissing off SJ.
