Hey Andy, I *might* have access to Travis and his media people. What we will need is a simple, concise storyboard to go over background, accomplishments so far, and a 'missin statement' for what you would like to do, how Travis could fit in, and how you both could benefit. A CV of sorts, basically.
Then a list of threads that he could peruse to see the public response, as well as some swag for him to play with, hoodie, stickers, whataver you have.

Between you and I, one of my closest friends just assisted him heavily through Giant bicycles on riding the Continental Divide trail, I can probably get his ear.

BTW, I am tight with marketing people at Giant, have you considered the Mt. Biking angle? If we could get some winter sponsorship from others, I can definitely help you with bike sponsorship.
