Avalanche Awareness Lecture
Enjoy and exciting evening presentation covering the awesome phenomenon of snow avalanches. Aaron Johnson with Mountain Adventure Seminars (MAS) will lead a 2 hour multi-media presentation at REI - Stockton. The evening will include subjects such as the formation and factors leading to the creation of avalanches and how to avoid them on you winter backcountry excursions. Lecture starts at 6:30 PM and cost $20 (Free for those 15 years old or younger).
