I wonder the same about the moose on the side of the cog, especially after growing up in NH.

Get out of the resort areas in VT and bullets make holes in lots of stuff.

Still some snow left on the left side, a little sun cupped but a nice last tour of the season

Don't worry. We've all seen your shitty pictures of sugarbush already and the Cat. And of course the ancient man selfie.

Terrain is getting limited at the River. The middle section of Rogue has solid coverage but both top and bottom had thinner areas yesterday; I didn't know how it held up in today's rain.

Of particular note, they have pushed most of the snow off the work roads and well away from both terminals at Jordan. I'd have to guess they want them drivable sooner than later.Click image for larger version.

Another JD wannabe with the Connecticut crap, been here since I was five, dad bought a farm in VT a mile up the road from the farmhouse he was born in during the late 20's. Plenty of granite in the cemetery as well. We all get old, maybe you'll grow up. I'll stop by the Milk Pail for some apples this fall

    excellent!

    was there for the eclipse.
unlike so many areas, MAD encouraged people to view it from the peak.
hero corn, blue skies and ski-on lifts. 5pm last chair.
