Rev, looks like my neighbor got one too. He’s making short work of some dense settled snow

With a big scraper like that there are ways for the town to get around blocking DW's with a berm ^^

where i used to live the grader had a gate that the operator flipped down as he was going past a DW which stopped the berm at DW's

here they only use trucks with mid mount plows so its not possible

berms aren't too bad with a smaller snowblower if you get them before they setup

A good bottle of whiskey gifted to the plow driver will do wonders to keep a driveway clear.

That's exactly my setup. No pics yet as I've been out of town but that's the goods.

Edit: I even have the same dog. Your neighbor hung like a horse, too?

The Trials Of Personal Snow Removal.

Not exactly “personal snow removal”, but these are the guys who took care of my condo complex in Big Sky. Homeboy said these are $200K each.

I always dreamed about driving one of these on a big day. But then I would have missed first chair and I came to my senses.

I think $200k is very, very conservative.

Ha, I could ask him, might be a strange convo. That’s my dog, Pancho, checking out the set up. He’s kind of nosey.

After the low tide, I was not complaining about having to clear the deck from the last 3 day storm. Alas - no fun snow blowers just good ol' shoveling which is ok as like schindlerpiste, I did snow removal as a kid so for some fucked up reason I enjoy it.

He's a looker. This is Sam.

And my cat is named Pancho. His brother, Lefty, was murdered by coyotes.

This one did the job and was fun while I needed. It died the year I moved and didn't need it anymore.

Rebuilt and restored a 76 tractor and 66 single stage thrower.
